We offer free trial access to allow you to evaluate our Service before making a purchase. During the free trial period, you can:
- Access a limited selection of questions and study materials
- Test the platform's features and functionality
- Evaluate the quality and suitability of our content
We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly test the Service during the free trial period before purchasing a subscription, as our refund policy (detailed below) is strictly limited due to the nature of digital content.

Certain features and content require a paid subscription. Available subscription options include:
- Monthly subscriptions (recurring)
- Annual subscriptions (recurring or one-time payment)
- Course-specific access packages
- Question bank access (various durations)

7.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
7.2 Pricing and Fees
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current billing period.
7.3 Recurring Payments
For recurring subscriptions, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period. You can cancel recurring payments at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
8.1 Nature of Digital Products
Our Service provides digital educational content including question banks, study materials, video courses, and learning resources. Upon purchase and activation of your subscription, you immediately gain full access to all content included in your chosen package. This is not a physical product that can be returned.
8.2 No Refund Policy
Due to the instant access nature of our digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a subscription has been activated and access has been granted.
This policy applies because:
- You receive immediate and complete access to all question bank content upon purchase
- Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed
- We provide a comprehensive free trial allowing you to evaluate the Service before purchasing
- Content descriptions and sample materials are available to review before purchase
8.3 Your Responsibility to Evaluate
Before purchasing any subscription or content package, you must:
- Use the free trial to thoroughly test the platform and evaluate content quality
- Review all product descriptions to ensure the content meets your needs
- Verify compatibility with your devices and technical requirements
- Assess suitability for your study goals and learning style
- Ask questions via our support channels if you have any doubts
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service and that you understand and accept our no-refund policy.
8.4 Consumer Rights (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel for online purchases. However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing digital content
- Performance (access to content) begins immediately upon purchase
- By confirming your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
8.5 Subscription Cancellation
Whilst we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions, you may cancel recurring subscriptions to prevent future charges:
- Cancellation can be done at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
